When will my card arrive?
Cardible prints and mails your card via Lob, our printing and mailing partner. Most cards arrive within 3-5 business days of mailing. You can enable auto-send to ensure cards mail 5-7 days before the occasion, so they arrive on time.
Do my credits expire?
After a year, yes. Credits you buy are good for 365 days from the day you buy them. Subscription credits are good for 365 days from the day each one is issued — so the ones you don't use this month are still there next month.
What if my card doesn't arrive on time?
Auto-send mails your card 5-7 days before the occasion, and most cards arrive within 3-5 business days of mailing, so there's a buffer built in. Mail still occasionally goes astray. If a card is lost, late, or damaged, email info@cardible.io within 30 days of the date it was mailed and we'll send a new one or put the credit back, whichever you'd prefer. A real person reads that inbox, and we'll always do our best to make it right.
